The Riverside at Aymestrey is located within a picturesque setting in Herefordshire, easily accessible via major road networks. As we are situated in The River Lugg valley, as such our gardens and smallholding are within the hillside. However the River setting and restaurant area is in a relatively flat and well-maintained, providing easy access for guests arriving by foot, vehicle, or public transport.

Parking

– Accessible Parking: We offer designated accessible parking spaces close to the hotel entrance.
– Parking Surface: The inner courtyard parking features a smooth, even surface to facilitate easy movement for guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids.

Entrance

– Level Access: The main entrance to the hotel is level and provides easy access for all guests. With a wide door entrance
– Reception: Our reception area is designed to be inclusive, with level access and ample space around the bar. Staff are available to provide assistance and answer any questions.

– Ground floor room: We have created a ground floor suite with a temporary ramp access immediately from our courtyard car park.

– Adjustable Furnishings: Beds are adjustable to accommodate varying comfort levels, and additional bedding can be provided as needed, as well as non feather.

– Food can be brought to rooms, when neccessary

– Access: Although The Riverside Inn is a 16th Century building, over the last few years we have created ramped access to the building and specifically to our bar and toilet areas, and part of the restaurant.

– Menu Options: Our menu includes a range of dietary options to cater to various allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences.
